YES! i see it all the time in college. once i was in class and this guy walked up to the board and his pants were under his butt... and he was wearing briefs. grosss!
and lately, i have seen it with sweats, like it wasn't bad enough with pants.
my opinion is...guys, if i want to see your underwear, i'll let you know. in private.
