Brazil did their best.
France was so great with their team cooperation. Zidane and Henry, both of them were leading to make the team win to the next stage. Their defense was tough and cool, and their move and run with a ball were certain. Brazil could not demagnetize to let France make a goal.
I'm sure Brazil will come back strong next time in 2010, and I hope to see them and their smile again!

I was for Brazil but I felt something during the game. Brazil lacked the spark. The push.
But not taking ANYTHING from the French their defense was great. Great enough to win. So "Bravo" to France. It's alright - We have 5 world cups and have nothing to be ashamed about - Just like everyone else. Good luck to the rest of the teams.

Shocked by losing of Brazil, but not by winning of France.
Although France did not start well, but it will win the Cup If FIFA will not give any convenience to Deutchland.
Brasil is a miracle talented football playing team, but with satisfaction and without playing discipline as a team.The signals came from the beginning of the World Cup.

No, France just came off a win against one of the best football countries in the world, Spain, and totally destroy your band wagon team Brazil.You must not know a lot about football because you wouldn't be shocked, knowing that any team on any day can win. France has a strong team but you wouldn't know because you don't watch a lot of football and probably just started watching football this World Cup.

Even though my fav team has always been (and always will be) Brasil, they didnt play up to their normal standards at all! I couldnt see kaka, Ronaldhino, or even cafu with the ball for less than 10 secs! They were too confident, and it was too late for them to pick up late in the game.. it's like a wake up call for em. I just hope the next world cup, they remember the defeat with france.

everyone expected that Brazil will win.u see, people were used to see Brazil in the final, but that game from yesterday was....i mean ronaldo was almost absent.and ronaldinho, kaka... maybe was one of those bad days, very bad days....yes, the France deserved the victory.

i am also shocked,but France was better team that day.Don't worry Brazil is going to try hard and they r going to win the match next time.Sometimes people have to lose but if u try hard then u r going to success.NEXT TIME BRAZIL IS GONNA WIN!!!!

oh i was shocked!!! i mean, i know both france and brazil are good but I still expected brazil to win because ronaldo's on their team.

i agree completely with salma, but regardless i am still completely astonished that they lost. france just plain played better than brazil. i keep hoping it was just a really bad dream, but alas it was not...
