This isn't good. Your relationship is drifting apart. Joining in this won't help save it. Never do something you're not totally comfortable with.
If she loved you with a deep true love, nobody could hold a candle to you in her eyes. Nobody. She wouldn't want anyone else, ever.
I think it's time to quietly sit down with her and ask some really tough questions and be willing to hear some possibly tougher answers. She might be willing to fix this. I hope so. You seem to love her and care. I wish you the very best.

That is one of the best experiences in life. Hell, yes. Do whatever your wife wants. Speaking from my own experience, I really enjoy watching another guy have sex with my wife. Although this is not common among african americans, I am an exception. I enjoy waking up at 2am in the morning seeing my wife's ankles pinned down behind her shoulders while my best buddy is pounding away-likewise, your wife wants to see it too.

It will end your relationship. There won't be any trust anymore. You will start wondering if she is doing it behind your back, then you will get jealous, there goes you self esteem. It would be suicide!
