This is a very controversial question , i know. But do we approve of it or dissaprove? Remembering that animals get injected, sprayed & fed chemicals, diseases & antibodies on a frequent daily basis that kills and maims them every single time a test is carried out, all in the name of human survival!!! is this a good thing and should it continue? Remembering also that NO animal on the planet has EXACTLY the same kind of body structure as ourselves so how can this testing be classed as opportune & right and for the good of humans - should we not be testing OUR research work out on humans - rapists, murderers, peadophiles, the scum of our society that the animal testing is used to help......... i think you know my view - but i'm interested in yours.
i'm not a vegetarian either but why should animals suffer cruelty for the sake of our race, which doesn't always seem toappreciate the cures and knowledge we could all posses

There's no basis for vivisection as far as I'm concerned, all tests that are carried out on living tissue are able to be simulated in modern laboritories without the need to put animals through inhumane tests, which invariably lead to their deaths. A good start is for all of us to make conscious purchasing desicions by buying goods from animal friendly companies. Another is to join quality animal welfare agencies to promote non-animal experiments.

I agree with you, and the argument that the interests of human beings come first, and that it is fully justified to vivisect an animal, provided care is taken to eliminate/minimise suffering, if by doing so we may advance human interests, such as saving a life is just not right

U might be a great animal activist, and a very bad politician - this i arrived at after reading about five sentences...

anyways, animal vivisection is horrible....but in this world we don't care who dies of hunger, who dies by injustice, so animal rights activism might have to wait until another millenia...

I don't agree with testing on animals.

I want to be able to make the choice not to buy if a product (or it's ingredients) were tested on animals.

testing on animals is discusting, their bodies do not react in the same as a human, so i think the whole thing is pointless..
