if u r a commerce student, u can go 4 R.D Sharma but keep it in context with N.C.E.R.T. b'coz a lot extra is included in it. But 1st b thorough with ur n.c.e.r.t. If u r a science student & r preparing for competitions be good at basics & get sum objective books. Consult with ur teacher.

R.S Agrawal is the best reference book of maths to study in 11th.It has got good presentation and understanding tactics.
