Why do you think America does not recognize the War Crime Tribunal. when it was conceived and agreed on by all nations the only people not to sign it were the Americans.

Did you condemn Saddam to die too, for executing over 6,000 of his own people via chemical weapons? How about any of the suicide bombers that have killed and maimed people in their own homeland?
Bad press - and the soldiers will be punished, when caught. But not to the standard of Islamic law. Just to that of the U.S.
