There is no fast and easy way. The key is to expend more calories than you consume which means you gotta keep moving! Our metabolisms start slowing down around age 30, but we can boost it by exercising and eating right. I suggest a walking program and Weight Watchers. If you can't afford to join, at least check out their website as it is full of helpful tips.

Just don't go on a crash diet! Jog 1 hour in the morning, avoid oily things, stop eating snacks in front of T.V, and keep it in your conscious all the time you have to lose weight!

it is harder when you are older to lose weight, first you need to cut out sugar and cakes pies pastries fried foods butter cookies etc, eat plenty of veggies raw and in stews and soups, eat plenty of fruit, start walking go a bit further every day, it'll soon come off. have one day a week where you allow your self a treat or it'll be too hard good luck
