I understand completely. As we age things just sort of wear out and there aren't always perfect cures, at least not cheap perfect cures. You probably had a career in your life that caused you to be walking up and down slopes or kneeling down all the time or being on your knees. I don't know. Don't some people with similar discomforts some time get a steroid injection? Doctors don't like to give them too often or too many, but it can give a few years or more of pain relief, from what I understand, but don't know for sure.

Orthopaedic surgery is very cheap in India. This company is very famous in India that arranges orthopaedic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.

I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as all surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your hip surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Two of my patients got hip replacement surgery in India through one company called forerunners healthcare. One was a candidate for total hip replacement and the other was a candidate for hip resurgacing. Both are doing extremely fine since 1 year.

My cousin also got her knee surgery for acl repair in India through the forerunners healthcare .SHe is more than very happy with the results. She just paid 25% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company.hope this helps

I tried the Move Free for one week (got a free sample at walmart.com) and my knees seem to be more flexible and less painful. I can walk and excercise a lot better.

If you'd get your spouse to go down on his/her knees instead of the other way around, you'd solve all of your problems at once.

Pretend your kids again and ride him " Piggyback."
I take it you have Medicare? They pay only 80% - apply at your Local Business Office for the " Hill Burton Act " they pay people's medical bills. " Not based on your Income either.."
