Every tangible body has a center. How we locate it, find it, etc. may depend on the definition of "center" we choose.. but it is in our hands to define, and by definition "create" a center.

If the Earth has a real center then there really is such a thing.
If the Earth has a real surface then there really is such a thing.
You're asking, where is it and does it exist. If you don't know that it it exists, why ask where is it?
One way to know that you are at the center of the Earth is to proceed downward (sitting safely in a depressurized cabin inside a vessel that can descend through hot, heavy, compressed goo, more solid than anything I got) until you become weightless. When you become weightless you will know you are at the center of the Earth because all the gravitational forces of the Earth now cancel out -- this is where the vector value becomes zero.
It doesn't matter how great the scalar value is, when the vector value becomes zero you got weightlessness.

Depends how you define "center"... Keep in mind objects will always fall toward the center of the earth. In theory, you could find the theoretical center if you mapped the exact trajectory of an object falling from various places around the world. The point every drop falls toward would be the "center".
