You call someone friend and you don't have her whereabouts, email ID. That means your friendship has not matured to the level of exchanging messages.
Hope you get some help to trace her. Next time don't be so careless of loosing her contacts. "Nice friends" should never be lost.

First search the website of her university. Then search for students who have name like ..chears if possible. If you find the name you e-mail in that address itself. Then leave it .I don't think that you can succeed in this also. "Such questions are not asked to the others, but try to solve yourself. "
