If we are talking about the most sensitive reaction for the least amount of actual skin contact area, then it's GOT to be the clitoris, for you can be touching nothing else at all -- just give that the right attention, and WOW -- she is making it known how it feels!

It differs for every woman. Some people really need to read questions and others need to use the Spell Check. There is no "r" in vagina, and the mind, feelings/heart (which can not be touched if you are not a surgeon and is used to mean feelings in this matter) are not parts of the body.
