I was expecting a great excitement but now If eel like watching most games was a waste of my time.
Seems like World Cup finally lost any sign of entertainment and became a point collecting, money making machine for some over age celebrities .Honestly I could not even bring myself watch both yesterdays games to the end, so boring it was.

Would you still watch WC 2010 or this disappointment was enough?

I dont like American neocon chauvinism but seems US sport funs have been right saying that most other sports are much more exiting then soccer.

I am not American, I especcially added this part to make sure you uderstand that I mean not regular American "soccer sucks" thing.
Game of football is not on declane at all cloob fotball is booming as amatte rof factand with games like Milan -liverpool will boom even more. But World cups are definetely on decline - each torurnament since 1986 is worse then previous with current one being most boring of all

I will absolutely watch the next WC from South Africa, hell if I can afford it and I'm still alive I plan to attend. I don't blame you for your neocon chauvinisms like you said, but it's no surprise that Americans get bored, we want everything now, instant self-gratification..it's the way our culture works...fortunately for me I'm Hispanic so I can watch hours and hours of what I consider it's the true meaning of the word, football. I also plan on watching UEFA Euro 2008. :)

Hell yeah! I love it when the Euro Cups and World Cups come around! The whole world lights up with flags! It's just pure drama! A bit of fun with all the politics and destruction going on at the moment. Means you can show a bit of patriotism without any consequence.

Why not, i agree that there were not many interesting games in this WC. But there were and will be still some good games and even classical games like: Germany vs. Argentina, Brazil vs. France and later Germany vs. Italy. I sure that i will see next WC 1010 in South Africa.

As an American like you, I call it 'soccer' too. Interesting.-----
Your spelling gets worse as your anger increases. Puts me off reading what you are trying to convey. On a separate note, though, do you know the old saying which goes something like "if you have a glass roof..." -- think for a moment and you will know EXACTELY what I mean.

Of course I am going to watch the next World Cup and I am going to watch the next Euro cup too. As long as Germany and Portugal qualify.

Not all Americans are neocons, and all American sports fans are not neocons too, so please don't classify all Americans that way.
I'm definately gonna watch 2010 WC because you don't know what to expect and who knows what teams will make it next WC.

i think s.africa 2010 will be the tournament of corruption and a tournament of fewer goals!

I"m looking forward to it because i think the host nation has a huge advantage based on the fact that most teams won't be used to the weather. for those of you lost its in south africa. i think an african team will be at an advantage and could win.
