She always ask people, "Am I pretty?" and then when the other person answers "yes" she'll smile and say "I know, right?" and then if u answer her "Not really" she would be shocked and she'd roll her eyes. She even compares herself with other girls and asks us if she's the prettiest and when she gets high scores in quizzes she'd say "I'm so smart and I'm not surprised"

It is a pity that attractiveness is so important to her, but the she's thinks she is smart too, by the sound of it.
Perhaps the answer is to say "You're smart enough to know it doesn't matter whether you are the prettiest or not"

well yeah I'd say this girl is a bit self-obsessed, but then maybe shes just quirky. I have a friend exactly like that and she can be a pain but I have grown to love her. The girl ur talkin about obviously cares alot about what other people think of her.

I had once a friend like that..she would go every mirror she can find..anywere she go to..and start telling herself "ooo I'm so beautiful..I'm the beautiful creature on earth.."

I think this girl probably has a low self-esteem (although it probably doesn't seem like it) and needs constant reassurance from people around her to validate her own self-worth in this world.
