Lock up the administrator account by setting a password. ONliy admin can install software.

Edit other User's profiles to make the administrator account the only one that can install programs.

what is the status of ur PC
1. if it is stand alone PC just restrict the installation by editing the other users profile...
2.if it is in Network ur PC havee to be the server to restrict installation...
