The key word in that list of side effects is MAY. That doesn't mean you'll experience any of them.

But, try getting back on a schedule of a regular sleep pattern by:
1. Going to bed at the same time every night and waking up at the same time every morning.
2. Don't eat a big meal right before going to bed.
3. Don't watch TV in the bed.
4. If you aren't asleep in 15-20 minutes, get out of bed and watch TV or read.
5. Cut down on caffeine.
6. Don't wear anything to sleep in that is too small or too big. Be comfortable.
7. To relax a little more, while lying down mentally relax your body and do breathing exercises.
8. Get a new pillow and make sure the room temperature is comfortable. Not too hot, not too cold.

I hope one or more of the above suggestions help you.

Good luck.

Depakote ER 500mg means Extended Release, it is usually prescribed to ppl suffering from depression. I would not take it if I were you. You are better off taking a tylnol night time or some cough syrup. Also I think Depakote has withdrawl symptoms. I forgot one more thing, try jerking off.lol

Depakote is an anti-seizure medication that is also used as a mood stabilizer. Do not take it unless a doctor has prescribed it to you.

Those are just warnings of symptoms to look for - there is No gaurantee you'll suffer.
Are you suffering now ? If so risk it and take a pill.
