Invest in businesses. It will take some time to get on your feet though, no doubt about it. To open a good store that's in style and sells well. Currently there's a fad for Boba, Tea, and Smoothie joints. Your best bet would be to open one. My brother-in-law currently owns one. He makes about ten grand a month in profits. The store wasn't even open for a long time.
I would say the only con about owning your own business though is the first stage of pricing. It cost my brother-in-law about fifty to fifty-five grand to open, his Boba/Tea House, and advertise.
