just go to yahoo and type "find people" follow the links one by one till you get what you want

If you know their city and state, you can type their name into google (in quotes) and then their city and state. Then you just find the listing that matches the phone number. It should have their address and everything.
Ex:
"Joe Blow" Houston, TX
