Occasionally when I go to the loo to have a wee. Sorry urinate. Although I have the urge to go I have to stand there for 30 secs to a couple of mins for the flow to start.
I have even had to sit on the loo whilst waiting.
Is this normal to men or some men? I am a healthy man with no past probems.

The reason why this happing is most likely because your prostate gland is enlarged and applying pressure to your urinary track. This pressure is great enough to stop (delay) the flow of urine.At some point all men will have problems with prostate gland, but your doctor can recommend some herbal treatments and life style changes. As with most health issues, if you catch early, you can delay it from furthering.

This is one sign of prostate problem. Enlarged prostate could cause delay in urination. Have it checked by a urologist.

Really depends on your age. If you are 50 or over, could be a sign of BPH (prostate enlargement). Go and see your doctor, can be easily treated.

depends if this happens at home go to the doc and check it out
in a public loo its called stage fright you are most probly nervios or tense due to guys being all around you while you do your biz
