Take the tampon out, have sex and then put in a new one. The only possible way you should consider having sex with a tampon inside is anal sex or oral sex.
If you have vaginal sex with a tampon in you could cause serious internal damage and could suffer from toxic shock symdrome or pelvic inflamatory disease or even worse things! Don't risk it!

Have fun and be safe.

NO you can not. you only have three holes; one for poop, one for pee and the third for sex, tampons, and babies. you can have sex while on your period but not with a tampon on. i would think for it to be uncomfortable, and could possibly injure yourself. before you are with the guy excuse yourself to the bathroom and remove it. you will not bleed all over the place from the bathroom to the bed (great suggestion - always put a towel you don't mind dirtying under you and have baby wipes for after sex clean up) the only thing allowed in there with the penis is a cervical cap, a sponge, a ova-ring or a female condom. but not a tampon

It is possible, for a start sex does not always involve penis to vagina penetration, even if it does there is a possibility of the penis getting into the vagina when there is a tampon in.
You can get soft-tampons made specifically to allow for sex and penetration, I am sure you could also say that sponge tampons would make penetration easy too.

If you did that, the tampon would be pushed into your birth canal and your OB/GYN would have to get it out - so, NO you shouldn't try to have sex with a tampon in. Years ago I worked for an OB/GYN and this happened to one of our patients. I guess that she got caught up in the moment and totally forgot about the tampon. Our doc had to put her feet up in the stirrups and retrieve it using a speculum to open the birth canal. She could have become very ill.

Anal really would be the only possibility. Vaginal would be way too dangerous, and you'd probably spend a day in the er having the tampon removed. My suggestion is wait till you do not have your period, and if you really don't want to, you can have sex with you're period if it's ok with those involved.

I dont think so...the penis goes in the same place the tampon goes...im not sure if there is enough room for both....i've never tried this but im trying to imagine it and its not looking too good...maybe u should just wait until your period is over to start having sex again...i mean it'll be less of a mess when ur finished...

No, He cannot enter directly into the Vagina if you are wearing a Tampon. not adviseable !. Better off removing it. Sex is very safe and clean when menustrating. Shower afterward.
PS. Your nerves are also much more senitive at this time of the month, You will experience increased orgasm..

TAKE IT OUT!!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! This is very dangerous. You can cause major infections, including Pelvic Inflammatory Disease if a tampon gets away from you and you do not get it out.
