there can be no name without the use of vowels. if it should not start with the vowels then there are some names .

I really dont think that possible because I used to work for Indians and Ive never come across one that didnt have a vowel if anything they had more than I had ever seen but good luck anyway

and, BTW, "Y" is also a vowel. sometimes.
