This is a guess but maybe the appendix, or tonsils because things like the pituitary and thalmus are glands, I think? But than again isn't hair a vestigial organ? Are you talking, major organ or vestigial organ? You have me thinking!

The cell is the smallest definite part of the body and therefore is the smallest organ

The mitochondrion is the smallest organ (organelle) in the human body. Mitochondria are the power plants of all of the cells in our body, converting organic molecules to energy.

A cell can have hundreds or thousands of mitochondria inside of it.

But mitochondria have their own DNA. Depending on your definition, they might not qualify as an organ.

Well why some might say the smallest organ might be a penis...ha ha ha....I think its actually its a cell.

Probably either testes or ovaries. It wouldn't be a cell. Organs, by definition, are combinations of more than one tissue type and tissue is made up of many of the same type of cells.

Parathyroid gland if endocrine glands are included.

If we're counting cells and atoms as organs too, then a proto sub-atomic particle that hasn't even been discovered yet called a "kwinko". ;)

Sweat glands are pretty small. A gland is an organ that releases something.
