The reason there is a higher rate of skin cancer is that poeple are using sunscreen; it that the sunscreens out there do not protect people from UVA rays. UVA are the cancer and aging rays. Even if the sunscreens say Broad Spectrum, they are lying. These products are not regulated by the FDA becuase they are not classsified as a drug; they are classified as a cosmetic and can claim anything they want without penalty. You must find a sunscreen that contains either Zinc Oxide or Avobenzone or both. It should be 1 of the first 3 ingredients on the list, otherwise it's no good. As far as washing it off, just cleanser and water should do the trick.

I wouldn't want to remove sunscreen, radiation is harmful for your skin. Just try gently taking it off with a warm towel and then take a shower normally. Try showering when the effectiveness of the sunscreen expired, like if the bottle says "It lasts for up to 8 hours", try bathing a few hours after you have applied it on your skin.

Soap and water should do it. I'm sure I trust sunscreen now I hear it causes cancer with the chemicals it contains. It would make sense to see a correlation, that the more people use sunscreen the higher the rate is of people that get skin cancer.
