You can't ask a question like this and expect to get a half decent answer from a mob of racist illiterate idiots of the like that seem to frequent this board.
I don't think it's the fans who blame the team - it's the media with the forked tongues. The amount of hyped-up crap I've read in the papers the past few weeks....and no doubt they these same papers will turn on the team once they get back. Two-faced cowardly mercenaries those journalists are.
Anyhow, it's all over now for England for another couple of years...when we will meet Portugal in the quarter finals again....and lose on penalties again...I am seeing a pattern! But it's a lot of fun while it lasts! XD

The team played well after that DICK HEAD was sent off considering they were up against a good side.I hope he gets the same treatment as Beckham did in 1998 when he was sent. Rooneys temper let him down AGAIN.
