I cry for every movie I think. Dances with Wolves when the white guys kill the wolf and when Kevin Coster and his wife leave the tribe, Tombstone when Doc Holliday dies, Titanic when all the people are dying on the sinking ship, The Notebook when the old woman and man die together (I cry for totally different scenes in the book though), Ghost when Sam says his final goodbyes to Molly, Seven when Brad Pitt kills the guy at the end, Dirty Dancing when Patrick Swayze leaves Baby...I can't think of any more right now. Oh, I would like to add that I cried in Jurassic Park yesterday when the T-Rex ate the raptors...I don't know why.

Edward Scissorhands- When Edward told Kim he could not hold her.
Powder-Various scenes.
Braveheart-Execution scene of William Wallace. That music with that scene really gets to me.
Starship Troopers- LOL. When one of those aliens stabbed a man & threw him to like 15 other aliens & they tore him apart & you could hear him scream & I felt so overwhelmed cause you couldn't help him & it was like it could actually have happened.
Forrest Gump-When Forrest is talking to Jenny's grave.
Boys Don't cry- When the main character dies.
The Simpsons- When I was like 6 I used to run & cry when the Itchy & Scratchy show would come on cause the cat always died & I have always loved cats.
Quite the variety I have now that I look back at my list, lol.

The last time I cried at a movie was after Captain Kirk died in Star Trek Generations. I liked him since the original series debuted when I was 8 or 9. But I managed to put it off until I got in my truck and drove away.

the heart-warming movie Ladder 49...
these are the tearjerker scenes in the movie(for me):
1.Jack(played by joaquin phoenix) saved the girl from a blazing apartment and a medic rushed in to help. i felt like i was hanging by a thread, my heartbeat stopped, while watching the medic trying to revive the girl who might have lost consciousness to to suffocation. I cried when she did recover her breathing, i felt relieved just as Jack did....
2. i also cried when jack was trapped inside a burning building trying to put off the fire, trying to save as much people as he could..it's really sad when mike(played by john travolta) aborted the mission even if jack is still trapped inside..he needed to do that, to avoid anymore casualties from his men. It made me see that decision-making is really crucial--you might need to sacrifice someone else's chances(in this case jack's chance for survival).
3. mike's eulogy in the funeral ceremony......"do you know how many buildings are still standing because of jack and the fire fighters...."
(convincing acting)
this movie was a peak into the life of firefighters. they are the unsung heroes of the world. and i appreciated very much this movie.
kudos to the cast and crew!

The movie Wit with Emma Thompson was pretty sad. I usually don't watch dramas, but this one was insightful. The ending was where I cried.

West Side Story, when Maria sings "Somewhere" to Tony as he is dying, then picks up the gun and starts pointing it at everybody. The loss of innocence, pure pathos!
