Really cute clothes for cheap? Rainbow, Get Ready, Target, Walmart. Look for the sales...for instance, Old Navy's bargain basement online. Warehouses are great too. Or Macy's (when there is a sale) the junior's section. Also no namebrand stores. Then there is the Gap...great jeans...go there when you have a gift certificate. Hope that helps. :)

I love department stores the best. Neiman Marcus and Nordstroms are my favorite. Although they are expensive (so I tend to shop there sparingly), they have a wide variety of cute clothes and popular brand names that other stores do not have in a single location.
Also it is a good idea to search around on the internet since you can compare prices and find cute clothes that you can no longer find in the store anymore.

Good Will, Salvation Army and Mel Tr odder. Used clothing stores make great clothes. Of course, you have to make sure the clothes are clean and do not have bugs or stinks. Many people get great cute clothes at these places. Try it, you'll like it.

it depends on your size....cause they stop making cute stuff at those mall stores once you hit a size 13 or L in shirts. I can still buy pants and all like at the gap or wet seal but for tops i have to go to sears, nordstroms or online...cause i have huge boobs.

if your are not a mall rat try kohls target specialty stores and try the phone book they have names of places to check out. And try the GoodWill @ gross point in Michigan i once found a $12,000 Versace dress there for $20. and i bought it and i wore it to homecoming and was getting complements all night long.
