desirable city? faraway from the Metropolitan section. No shaggy dog tale, there's a wide distinction in personality in human beings and site visitors jams from the section you stay, plus, the summer season there is severe. in case you do not recommendations the commute, you could stay contained in the mountains round Canovanas or Río Grande, and performance your little ones in inner most schools (or some public, yet analyze will be stated). a good college often is the united statesin Río Piedras, i did not study there, notwithstanding this is funded by the college of Puerto Rico (ranked excellent and competes hostile to US universities). in case you try this, notwithstanding, the estimate by vehicle will be round an hour each way. It feels like a discomfort, notwithstanding this is extremely a good existence, you'll spend a similar time contained in the vehicle stuck in Rush Hour contained in the city, besides.

New Delhi. It is close to the foot hills of Himalayas and it has a low cost of living as compared to the other cities. It is not that polluted. Nearby Simla, the Haridwar, Rishikesh etc. would be ideal places for short and brief sojourn during holidays.

It's a great hub city -- 2 hours to LA, 4 hours to Vegas, 8 hours to San Francisco, 1 hour to Mexico, 5 hours to Phoenix.

And the weather kicks a.s.s!
