Stardock, SysMetrix, how do i set up an email account so itll tell me if i have mail?

ive got the description set, the username and passoerd set...but im not sure about the server. is it gmail.google.com? or something else?

if you know what the hell im talking about, please assist!

Hmm, you have to see which Object you have installed. Stardock has a various of Widgets, check which one you have installed. It might be Gmail it might be Yahoo or MSN.
