This would most definitely make me tear up. I would try to make the best of my time by sharing it with my loved ones, and if they were not with me at the time, I would call as many friends and family that I could to tell them I love them one last time.

I would get around my angels on earth(mama,dado,and most of all my darling Nana) and I would tell them how much they mean to me and how I love them more than anything!!!!!! Then I would tell then I'll be right here on the other side waiting till we meet again and i could hold you in my arms!!!!!!!!!!!!
