Everywhere! You can watch the games for free in Treptower Park, Brandenburger Tor and countless other free parks and places. You can pay some money and watch the match in any pub, restaurant and also at the Adidas Arena and the Postdamer Platz.

The question is something else, how to avoid watching the games in Berlin... (j/k, I am a great football fan).
