there has never been one because there has never been one to run for president. Im not even sure why its an issue. the question should be wheter or not we will have a good president. Its pretty sad that a lot of people will vote for a female candidate just because shes a potential "first woman president" even though she may not be the best person for the job. The real question is what will we call her husband? First Gentleman?

I'd like to see a woman in the White House (other than the First Lady, of course), as long as she had the right qualifications and the best political platform.

Yes there will be. Hillary has got a good shot coming up in 2008. Don't know if she'll actually win, but I think within the next 20 years or so, its very possible.

I think that it takes for a long time before there will be a woman president ( She may be Britney Spears if Terminator is the governator of california ; ) i'm jocking).

Eventually there will be but i don't think that's going to happen anytime soon. Although I think a women will become president before an african-american man even though they're a man.

Yeah i believe there will be a women president if clinton does run for pres. i think though condi should run because she will get a womens vote and the black vote. MAny democrates are black and republicans would vote for condi. i would think that there would be a black man before a female but who knows.

It would be nice, but doubtful. Too many of the middle eastern countries wouldn't deal with the US if we had a woman in power.

I seriously hope not cuz I know how my mood swings are when it's my time of the month and I don't wanna see what would happen when there was a war and I got pissed because of pms.
