Do not eat Raspberries or anything with raspberry in it during pregnancy, It can induce labor, Also you can eat fish, but be careful about where it came from, Tapatia has a high level of mercury in it which can be harmful.
As far as Junk Food, I say eat what you like, but in moderation. Don't let burgers, fries and ice cream be the staple. Drink Milk, eat lots of fruits vegetables, Peanut butter is good too. I have a healthy baby girl, Carried her to term, She weighed 8 pounds even, And best of all I only gained 11 pounds during my entire pregnancy, So eat up!

Fish - especially tuna. I always forget which kinds are ok to eat, so I just stay away from it completely.
Lunchmeat - I don't recall hearing that in previous pregnancies, but have been reading in way too many books that lunchmeat may carry a bacteria that's harmful to your baby.
Soft cheeses - eat only brick cheese. Same reason, bacteria. Cheese is one of my biggest cravings, and I always have cheddar on hand.
Don't eat raw meat or eggs - best if everything is fully cooked.
Don't eat anything that normally gives you heartburn. If garlic & onions do, stay away. But if they don't, they're not harmful. (I actually have eaten a lot of onions in my pregnancies.) Broccoli sometimes gives people heartburn.
Also, keep in mind the DO's of pregnancy. DO drink plenty of water. DO eat healthy - plenty of protein, milk, good vegetables & fruits. DO cook your food, wash your veggies & fruits too! DO remember to take your prenatal vitamins. DO eat in smaller amounts more often, as not only morning sickness happens, but babies will crowd your body and make your stomach less capable to hold big meals.

I agree about the fish & soft cheeses but would add to lay off a lot of salty foods. It may cause your blood pressure to increase and it will cause fluid retention even more than if you weren't pregnant. Definitely no alcohol. Chocolate ice cream is a great calcium packed food.

Avoid anything with a high level of salt. You don't want to retain tons of water . Not healthy ! no spicey foods ! This is more for you , but heartburn when pregnant seemed 10 times worse . Also avoid certain types of fish with high levels of mercury in them, like swordfish. Do not eat hot dogs or luncheon meats (including deli meats such as ham, turkey, salami, bologna) unless they are reheated until steaming hot.
Avoid soft cheeses, such as feta, brie, Camembert, Roquefort, blue-veined, queso blanco, queso fresco or Panela, unless it is labeled as made with pasteurized milk. Hard cheeses, processed cheeses, cream and cottage cheeses are safe.
Do not eat refrigerated pates or meat spreads. (Listeria thrives at refrigerator temperatures.) Canned and shelf-stable versions are safe.
Avoid refrigerated smoked seafood unless it has been cooked (as in a casserole). Canned and shelf-stable versions can be eaten safely.
Do not consume unpasteurized milk or foods made from it.
According to the FDA/EPA, a pregnant woman can safely eat up to 12 ounces (two average meals) a week of a variety of fish and shellfish that are lower in mercury (1). These include shrimp, canned light tuna, salmon, pollock and catfish. But she should eat no more than 6 ounces (one can) of albacore (white) tuna per week, because white tuna has more mercury than canned light tuna. For the same reason, she should limit her consumption of tuna steak to up to 6 ounces per week.
Raw vegetable sprouts (including alfalfa, clover, radish and mung bean) and fresh (unpasteurized) fruit and vegetable juices are loaded with vitamins. Unfortunately, they can carry disease-causing bacteria (such as Salmonella and E. coli), making them unsafe choices for pregnant women (4).
In healthy adults, salmonellosis and E. coli infection generally cause diarrhea, nausea, abdominal cramping and fever that lasts for several days. However, pregnant women can sometimes become seriously ill from these infections. Occasionally, a pregnant woman can pass a Salmonella or E. coli infection on to her fetus, who can develop diarrhea, fever and, less frequently, meningitis after birth.
A pregnant woman should drink only pasteurized juices. Check the label: the FDA requires that packaged unpasteurized juices carry a label stating that they are not pasteurized (4).
Lean meats, poultry and eggs are rich in protein and some vitamins and are an important part of a healthy diet. However, pregnant women should avoid eating raw or undercooked meats, poultry and eggs because they can increase their risk of a number of food-borne illnesses (including listeriosis, E. coli and Campylobacter infections, salmonellosis and toxoplasmosis).
Though it is not proven that eating liver causes birth defects, the safest approach is for pregnant women to minimize their consumption of liver. A pregnant woman also should be sure that her multivitamin or prenatal supplement contains no more than 5,000 IU (international units) of preformed vitamin A (some prenatal vitamins contain no preformed vitamin A, substituting beta-carotene or omitting vitamin A entirely), and she should not take any vitamin A supplements beyond that amount (9).

Do not eat a whole lot of of anything. Avoid tomato foods (spaghetti sauce ketchup) in large amounts ans spicy foods because pregnancy heartburn is no joke. I wouldn't eat a lot of fast food either, it made me sick to my stomach but everyone is different. Of course you know if you have the urge to eat paint chips or soil to get to the doctor.

I would avoid burgers, sushi, raw meats - get your protein from chicken and peanut butter....I would also NOT avoid ALL fish because it is good for the development of the baby's brain. Just be careful how fresh the fish is and try not to eat it all the time.

Just Do Not EAT Lots of anything PLEASE!! most all my pregnant friends look like Whales--- There is NO reason for a lady to gain so much weight while pregnant--"FAT mommy" makes a healthy baby is all BS--Fat mommy makes a FAT baby and a fat kid. NO one should gain over 15 lb.. it is easy to lose and BOY do you feel good about your self when you can get back in your size 10's---- Just DON'T get fat just because you can. YOU may never lose the unhealthy fat. and it is FAT!!

Eat everything EXCEPT tuna or any other raw or cooked fish.
Fish contain trace amounts of mercury from the water. Even trace amounts can mess up your baby.
