alot of people hate FOB, but why do they hate people that love FOB? they always get all defendive and make fun of FOB fans. i don't get why people can hate FOB and i don't get why they hate us fans.

I am not a fan of that band..at all. personally i didn't even know who they were until like 3wks ago, not because i live in a box but because i find the radio plays crap and MTV has become a joke....a real big fat joke . why do they even call it MTV, all they do is play those stupid reality shows & the challenge things with the same ahole cast members over and over, oh my god..is that a video at 430am? oh its just that 50 guy or "fat ol we all know the real despite the video" britney. its so lame its not music tv they are trendy tv...dont play but the same 20 vids in between 9th grade bull...Anyway back to your ? i am not a fan, and then after i read an article on them in blender mag i really thought they were a bunch of immature kids, especially the one with the fangs an black hair, he is way too obnoxious for his own good, he's the kind of kid that never got clocked in the face for saying the wrong thing so he has no fear of consequence, they have not proved themselves durable to be that cocky and arrogant and i hate nothing more than a band that acts like they are doing u a favor by gracing us with their presence. the red head kid seems to be the only 1 with talent to bad for him.As 4 the fan bashing i wasnt aware of that but i assume its just gotten to the point,just like on tv where people will watch paris hilton take a dump, its that stupid now and it insults my intelligence as an educated citizen that our media outlets have become so trival,self centered,souless,and idiotic...i guess people feel the same about music finally. I mean come on anybody with a good enough cock&bull story could be a rapper, and any kid that looks the part of a studio execs dream band can get a deal, and there is always some tardo that will buy into it. I dont mean u necessarily, but u get the idea,so many great bands out there to b heard that u wont cause they arent following the pied piper, and tv has gone beyond redemption... its just so sad and embarrasing.

I'm a fellow FOB fan. Most people from my experiences say they don't like FOB for their slightly pop sound.

We have a good reason. You guys all learned about them through MTV and Pop Radio. Did you KNOW they had earlier albums that actually WERE punk? Well, they didn't have success when they had that sound so they changed. They started to sound more like pop. Also, we don't like how some people just like them because their Bassist Pete Wentz and singer Pat Stump are in their words HOT! It's the same with AFI, Panic! At The Disco, My Chemical Romance. You need to like the bands for their MUSIC!

it is not necessarily them hating you FOB has a couple of good songs and my friends listen to them regularly so ya i get used to them and i can't hate them so the haters can get a life

i kno. not all of us just started to like them when Sugar came out! i have all of their earlier albums and my favorite is take this to your grave, but i think everyone seeing Pete was what made everyone "like" FOB. he is very good looking, but their music kicks ***. the poser fans are just there to see pete and swoon over him.

i do no longer know how somebody can hate fall out boy! I recommend, pay attention to their music and patrick's candy soothing voice.......ahhhh. the human beings who do in comparison to fall out boy are purely overlaying up for themselves by way of fact they actually do have a liking for them!!!

It's basically because they are or sound emo and by that Hip-Hop people don't like them and Rock People don't like them too (mostly Metal Rock people)
