Natural ways of getting rid of house pests? Stepping on them, Drowning them. I caught like 15 mice at once in my barn. I dunked them in a sterilite container full of water to drown them. That was pretty natural. I know ants do not like chalk. If you put a line of chalk down they will not cross it. As far as the lizards try boiling some ginger root in a 4 quart sauce pan and putting the water in a bottle and spraying it where you see them. All those natural cures are a bunch of crap they only work till it rains out again. Call an exterminator.

Plant peppermint near entrances or place crushed mint leaves near doorways.

______
Ants don't like the smell of peppermint. They'll avoid anyplace that smells like it, so start inside with the places you think that they might be entering. Next, do the outside where they might be coming in.

Possibilities: peppermint flavoring (used for baking), peppermint tea, and if you have a health food store nearby-*Dr. Bonner's peppermint scented castile liquid soap*.

I personally used to fill a spray bottle with mostly water, a tiny bit of dish soap(so it sticks), and enough flavoring drops or the peppermint liquid soap so that I could smell it. I just shook the bottle a little and then sprayed away - problem solved
To keep ants from entering the house (or anywhere else) sprinkle baby powder on entry points. The ants won't cross and it is safe around pets and children. Bonus, smells nice too!

Pandan leaves. They also get rid of cockroaches. They work even when they're dry. Put it in a nice muslin bag and hang.

put a narrow line or cayenne pepper, ground into a powder, across doorways and any area you think might have an opening, use good sealer to seal around water lines and such, to help keep them out.
