If I have sex before marriage or if someone has sex to another person when they are married, do they go to hell or get punished by GOD.

There's sure going to be a lot of people going to Hell if that is true. I don't know the answer. The best thing to do is to do what's right for you and you alone and don't go against your own morals or good judgement.

Now this is an interesting question. I see a lot of answers here that say "No, you won't go to hell, that's between you and God" and a few other positive remarks. But ask a similar question in the LGBT section about homosexuality, and every answer you get will be negative (or just about every answer, let me not say every) and people will tell the asker that he or she is going to burn in hell for going against God.
So how is adultery any less of a sin than homosexuality? I have no idea.
Now, as for your question, what you do is between you and God. When we die, we all have to answer for what we've done, one way or the other. Don't let other people judge you, man made opinions just like man made religion-and, if I may say so, opinions are like assholes, everybody's got one.
Do what you makes you happy. My opinion, though, would be not to have sex unless it's with someone you truly love and care about. Not necessarily be married, but close to it.

Frankly speaking It is a SIN, all religions teach us that, all good books speak high of Character , which makes sex a part of just marriage institution but in this world people just make moral values and religious thoughts to restrict us from doing wrong but still fail to keep ourselves on that hard path. So nothing can be said about going to hell and heaven, Everyone we see .....we find that people are dating at younger age though regretting it later but very few Virgins left. I feel so bad, I had been a Virgin and when i got married at 26 , i realised that i had been a full coz everyone is enjoying before marriage and i just kept my soul and body for my hubby who had already slept with a girl for 4 years and treat me as a second choice in his life. So it hurts that world is different and at childhood we are taught different things and so we get confused

well ideally sex is meant for marriage. I do not believe that if you have sex out of wedlock that automatically designates you to go to hell. God is in the business of forgiveness and will impress on you what is right and wrong when you ask. I love god and had my child out of wedlock yet i truly belive with all my heart that me and my child will both be in Heaven when Jesus comes

No, you will not go to hell for this. No, God will not punish you as God loves us unconditionally. There is something called karma, and we must be willing to accept the consequences of our own actions. (ie: losing our spouse from having an affair...that's karma). Adultery is one of the "thou shalt not"s.
As far as sex before marriage goes...there is no sin in that.

there is no divine punishment for sex, other than disease.
use a condom.
it can be difficult to accept that there is no heaven...so start by considering the idea that hell does not exist.
for example, if there's a hell...where exactly is it?
and another, don't you think eternity in a state of purgatory is kind of severe? why would God need to damn a soul forever?

it's all rubbish. No such thing existx. You just need to be honest to the person you r with. sex before marriage or after marriage is no big issue if u really love that person. hell n heaven things r made to scare pepole for doing such sin.

it is a SIN against GOD.commitng adultery is part of the ten commandments.but it is also in the bible the GOD forgives you for all your sins,so if you have had sex out of wedlock,you shd ask for forgiveness and he'll forgive you.i think sex shd wait till marriage.

sex before married wrong i dont know why alot of girls like to sleep with every one its that good??having kids from different dad's............and alot of single moms those days that just wrong!!

YES< You should only have sex with the person you supposedly love. If you did this then you don't really love the other. don't get married.
