Is it illegal to have a radar detector in the state of Kentucky?

i'm not sure of the law, being that it's a commonwealth state, probably. I have one...and i've been pulled over and they didn't say anything. lol u can get away with it.

Unless the laws have recently changed, the only state with a ban on radar detectors should be Virginia. All other states are o.k., unless you drive a tractor-trailer, but that's another issue.
