for the past week i've had extremely sore nipples. i'm not breastfeeding, and i don't think i'm pregnant. what could this be caused by? any solutions??

i haven't been doing anything different than what i do on an everyday basis. didnt switch laundry detergent or anything.

Seeing as how you seemed to have ruled out the usual suspects, I would have to say that you may be experiencing the start of your monthly cycle. However, you don't seem to be too sure about not being pregnant. Just to be sure, I would suggest taking a home pregnancy test. Good luck with that.

Your nipples have come in contact with material while maybe working out and aggravated them. Or maybe they don't like your laundry products.

Im not being nasty or anytthing but... maybe its your harmones.Perhaps to but ot bluntly you need to be stimulated. Not sure though because sore nipples could also come from over stimulis.

mispelled hormones...i think..lol
