how you do get your toes a even tone?

well, I have ok toes but my toes have hyperpigmentation meaning even melanin. Ever see black people's elbows?? well, I am brown and my toes are a darker brown. MY toes colors are like my elbows. How do I even the color out? I want it to be brown not two-toned

I am not black; but I did a search on hyper-pigmentation in black women, as well as even skin tone. I came up with a couple of suggestions, both posted by black women on message boards that are specifically about their unique beauty needs.

One product recommended for evening out skin tone was called MaMa Lotion. Here is a link to that product: http://skincarerx.com/dark-skin-care.html

Another that was suggested was Mederma. Mederma is a treatment for scars and can be bought at Wal-Mart. I've used it before and it had good effects for me. And since they were recommending it, I suppose it works well on black skin too. Here's a link to Mederma's site: http://www.mederma.com/
