Hey, people out there!!! I'd like to know if any of you ever joked around with your friends of the opposite sex about being interested in them? EVER? Why or why not? What would you make of it IF a friend of the opposite sex joke about being interested in you? A guy joked about being interested in me twice. When I asked him why he did it and if he also joked around with his other female friends. He told me he was joking about taking an interest in me for the time being. As for his other female friends' reaction, according to him, was either a smile or a laugh. Do you believe in his words? Why or why not? Gracias!

most people that joke around about a thing like that is because they don't want to take a chance and ruin a friendship by taking it to another level. Because then there is alot of feeling involved and most people can't seperate the two (friend-lover) they were just trying to see what your reaction would be before they would even bring it up. Most people can't handle rejection! But they also say that the best relationships had started out as friends!

I think he's interested in you. I also think he's going about it the wrong way.
