they are just bumps; some very hard; all around my vagina; they are inside of the vaginal lips.

Your lump is probably not an STD , and can likely be cleared up with medication and warm baths and soaks. But, you must go to a health care provider before you can begin treatment.

it could be a cyst but you really need to be checked out because their are some STDs that you can catch from using public toliets
