arent they the best skirts out there? Guys can lift them without the girl knowing, the way the skirt flows in the wind,the fact that women cant hide their underwear. they are my favorite skirt for a woman to wear. I would make it mandatory for women to wear pleated skirts everyday.They are great for teasing guys too.
