I am so sorry to hear about your dad. I've been there.
Luckily, I know the song. It is from the Sound Track to the movie, "Paint Your Wagon"
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0064782/soundtrack
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0064782/
The other song is "On the street where you live", many versions, my favorite is Harry Connick Jr.
http://www.google.com/search?as_q=&num=10&hl=en&btnG=Google+Search&as_epq=On+The+Street+Where+You+Live&as_oq=&as_eq=&lr=&as_ft=i&as_filetype=&as_qdr=all&as_nlo=&as_nhi=&as_occt=any&as_dt=i&as_sitesearch=&as_rights=&safe=off
If you need a copy of any of these, under the circumstances, I'll burn it for you or send it somehow or post a temporary link so you can download them. I've checked and I have all versions of both.
Let me know, and again, I'm sorry for your loss.

On the Street Where You Live" was from My Fair Lady, and the lyrics are:
Freddy When she mentioned how her aunt bit off the spoon,
She completely done me in.
And my heart went on a journey to the moon,
When she told about her father and the gin.
And I never saw a more enchanting farce
Than that moment when she shouted
"move your bloomin' "....
I have often walked down this street before;
But the pavement always stayed beneath my feet before.
All at once am I Several stories high.
Knowing I'm on the street where you live.
Are there lilac trees in the heart of town?
Can you hear a lark in any other part of town?
Does enchantment pour Out of ev'ry door?
No, it's just on the street where you live!
And oh! The towering feeling
Just to know somehow you are near.
The overpowering feeling
That any second you may suddenly appear!
People stop and stare. They don't bother me.
For there's no where else on earth that I would rather be.
Let the time go by, I won't care if I
Can be here on the street where you live.

Lee Marvin sang a song called "I Was Born Under a Wandering Star" in "Paint Your Wagon."
Harry Connick Jr. did a cover of "On the Street Where You Live." Audrey Hepburn sang the original as Eliza in "My Fair Lady."
I'm sorry about your dad. :(
