Nothing fancy just need one that lets a person drag and drop pictures in where they want it, and change paragraphs an fonts/colors for the text. That’s about all I’m looking for it to do. It needs to be very straight forward and very easy-to-use, and FREE.
I need it to give to my clients, their hopeless and NEED something to aid them.

Oh and ... one that doesn't obsure code (like Microsoft would, I hate front page, and even that they would be lost in anyways). After all I don't want to shift through cr@p of code to get something fixed for them (Dreamweaver is cleaner, but they're lost and too intimidated by it to use it).

you can use windows frontpage, its pretty good and easy to use
i thik they have free version avilable from microsoft . please check it out , not sure
