Should I bring my wetsuit to Bali in Sept-Oct to surf?

No way!!! You can surf all year round in Bali withou a wetsuit!

Hey man, Bali is tropical. Forget the wet suit.

It's always good to be propared with a wet suit and have the extra things you need, just in case. And it doen't take that muck room

No ... thats just extra luggage to carry around. Plus its pretty nice year round. No need to waste space!
