How do they rate on common sense?

Actually, of all the Presidents we have had since they've been applying IQ scores, Bush has a recorded IQ of either 93 or 92, depending on the test given. The only President with a lower or equal IQ was Harry S. Truman.
This does not make Bush stupid by any means because the national average is about the same.
Our President with the highest IQ? Jimmy Carter. Having a high IQ does not mean you are qualified to be a good leader.
Clinton and Kennedy both came in with very high IQs. Gore? Around 130. Not a genius by any means but way above the national average and certainly way above Bush. Reagan was around 125, Nixon around 110 and George senior around 135. There is no reliable tests scores on either Nixon or Johnson.
(These scores were provided by my daughter who claims to know from some research she's done for her degree.)

With the way Bush speaks I didn't think there was even a low enough scale to rank him as having any intelligence.
Seriously, has anyone ever listened to him speak? Not very articulate.

I seriously doubt that there are real documented proof of each politicians IQ.
