Most of the time I get very frustrated with my job. I want to run away from the job. I don't I shouldn't do that. So, How can I enjoy my job very well?

You don't... What are some of your favorite hobbies or interests?
When you think of that then find a job doing it.
Take football, OK you can't be the pro player, but you could get a job at the stadium, or in a sports shop.
This way you have a genuine interest in the things you are dealing with.

Actually when u r not happy with ur job then u dont enjoy ur job....i guess u never wanted to do whatever work u r doing right now...choose a job which u have always wanted to do...dont go for money cuz money cant give u mental satisfication...i know it is very difficult to leave ur present job n find a new one but keep doing this job n also look for job of ur choice and when u find ur fav job then kick ur present job and go for ur job...im sure u'll find a fav job....best of luck

You have to love what you do to be truly happy. If not then you will always want to run away. Good luck

Depends on what you do? But if you have no passion for your career why are you there? Learn to love what you do, in turn you will come to enjoy it.

Do your best. Get compliments and that will make you feel good.
