No, you'd have to take it out, get the spinal fluid everywhere and what about getting the brain all nasty, not to mention what would happen to your body while you were pushing things around with your mind.
But seriously, I don't think it's the mind that does it. Its something holistically, overall. I guess, Extra-sensory, gah. But yes, I do know that extraordinary things are possible.

I can't exactly prove it yet, but I think so. I've often looked over an my kids with the thougt in mind to give them a house chore to do, and (I just can't explain it) they up and left the room and when I went looking for them, they weren't even in the house. The same thing used to happen to me before I was married and I'd come up to a woman and stare and drool at her and think thoughts, and she moved...oh yes, she moved all right...she ran like hell.

I don't know whether it is possible or not becoz never seen tht in real life.May be u can do tht in future from Fraunhoffer technology or MIT and all those research activities concerning connecting human and machines. My advice to you is tht slow down reading too much science fictions and watching sc-fi movies.

Yes, if your brain tells your hand to move something technically you moved it with your mind.
