Are you trying to determine if a woman is actually reaching climax or is faking it? Well, it's really difficult to tell. But I know for me, the muscles in my abdomen sort of contract when I orgasm.
But I think that if she wants to have sex with you again, that's a really good sign that she enjoys it. And if you try to pressure her into having an orgasm, it will make it almost impossible to have one. Just have fun and don't worry about it.
Now, if she's asking you to do something different, that's great. Listen to her. Maybe even ask her to pleasure herself while you watch so that you can see how she does it.
I had a friend whose husband was obsessed with her having an orgasm. If she didn't have one, he pouted. It got to the point that she NEVER orgasmed. She was divorced due to non-sexual problems and when she remarried, she ALWAYS orgasmed. She believed that because her new husband never stressed over it, she was able to relax and just let things happen.
The more comfortable a woman is with a man, the more likely she will have fulfilling sex and even multiple orgasms.

well i don't know about the word symptoms it isn't an illness
although it can drive you crazy lol
it differs for each gal
for me it is an intense tingle over my body it so bad at times i actually get cold
