This must be a question asked by an American native. Are there no more than two possible kinds of cheeses? :)

The moon is actually a dirt-brown color. The reflection of light off of the atmosphereless surface of the moon makes it look gray and light. This same glare was poetically coined at one point to indicate a sort of aura like the edges of swiss cheese becoming molded, kind of a "bacterialogical halo." However, if you require an expert witness I'm open to the actual interpretation.

Yes it is made of cheese and since the holes couldn't have been made by meteorites it must be Swiss. Watch out for giant Space Mice. Ahhhhh!

I reckon the core is made of cheddar but since there's holes on the outside, it's Swiss.

Are you okay (mentally)? No. It's the reflection of the moon against earth that makes it seem that way.
