interesting question, one i never considered. probably not. we pet as it soothes us and has a nice feel to the hand....as u wud hav noticed not evryone pets crocodiles :D

I have a friend who has one of those hairless cats. He laughs when he say it is better than a hot water bottle in the winter!! I bet they would get sun burned very easily though...I've never seen it but I'm sure I would play with it and pet it....

Yes I would ^.^ . I'm even concidering getting a hairless breed of dog called a chinese crested. I've owned hairless rats. I love how they feel. Just like warm leather-it's cool! I love animals whether they're bald, furred or crazy ^.^
