It isn't likely, but that doesn't mean it isn't finite.
For instance, the surface of the Earth has no boundary. I can walk all around the surface, and I will never see a boundary. But the surface is still perfectly finite.
Similarly, the universe could be the four-dimensional surface of a five-dimensional sphere, so it would have no boundary, but would still be finite.

In theory. The idea of the Big Bang is that particles of matter and anti matter met and caused a great explosion which CREATED matter which is something not thought possible. At any rate the universe is the aftermath of that expanding matter and energy. In theory there could be an edge where the matter and energy dissipate and nothing exists.

Universe is known to have no boundary as yet. But under a theory, it is spreading out fast.

Yes. It does end. Sort of. It ends and the begging of time. As space and time, "In therory" are curved, that at some point outer space would meet with the begining of time. Thus if you could travel past the speed of light, time travel would be possible.

area isn't endless. the super bang additionally created area. previous area would not exist. the reality that mild is purple-shifted would not let us know that the universe is increasing. It in basic terms tells us that it replaced into increasing whilst the sunshine left this is source. .......... some billion years in the past on the outer edges.

We can sure because universe is not yet explored and the big bang theory is still happening it will determine the ends of the universe.

I believe it does have an edge and there are multiple Universes. Think of our planet being an electron in an atom. To the electron there is nothing beyond the wall of the atom. Yet beyond that atom there are tons of atoms.
